With over 30 years experience, we strive to teach our students how to be skilled, safe, and responsible gun owners.
Fidelis Firearms Training & Consulting serves the greater DC Metropolitan area, including Virginia and Maryland. Most of our firearms courses meet the legal requirements for obtaining concealed carry firearm permits.

Whether you are a new shooter, or a seasoned pro, our training programs are designed to teach you to be safe, responsible, and judicious anytime you carry a gun. Fidelis Firearms LLC provides a wide variety of firearms training courses, including the USCCA, and NRA's basic and concealed carry handgun classes.

Our mission is to empower citizens by promoting the right to self defense while focusing on the 2nd Amendment and our right to bear arms. We steadfastly believe that developing knowledge and implementling proper training can aid all Americans in securing all of their God-given, constitutional rights.
Programs
L.I.F.T - Women-Only Self Defense Class
This Self Defense course is a 2 hour introduction to our L.I.F.T (Ladies Inspired Firearms Training) program. This course includes classroom time learning self defense fundamentals and firearm safety. Students will familiarize with self awareness practices, shooting fundamentals and self defense concepts. This Non-live fire course utilizes the SIRT laser training system to introduce students to basic knowledge, skills, and explains the attitude necessary for the safe handling of firearms in a self defense situation.
Basic Firearms Courses
These courses cover the basics of possessing and shooting handguns, shotguns, and rifles. Details include firearms introduction, universal safety rules, maintenance, and basic state laws. These classes include live fire on a range and laser training in a classroom environment.
Concealed Carry Certifications
State CCW courses are designed to prepare the student for acquiring his or her license to carry. Topics include, understanding state laws, training requirements, and restrictions. Topics also cover reciprocity issues and the application process regarding CCW licensing in other states.
Home Defense Certification Courses
Comprehensive courses that focus on developing a personal protection plan, situational awareness, and the use of a firearm as a tool for self defense in the home.
Skill Development CourseS
These courses are individually geared toward making you a better shooter regardless of skill level. From advance Laser Training to Competitive skills progression, the course will be designed based on your needs and goals.
